Saved progress & leaderboards
Most games save progress in your browser on the device you use to play. Use the same browser and avoid clearing site data if you want to keep those saves. Private browsing, blocked storage, or removing browser data can prevent saving or erase local progress.
Your OTA account stores your player profile and optional email-update preference. It does not transfer game saves between devices. Online rankings and saved garages in games such as Thread, Tumbleverse, and Wreckline use their own player or driver identifiers, separately from your OTA email account. Clearing local data can disconnect you from that identifier even when a score remains online.
Browser saves and installed mobile-app saves are separate. See the Privacy policy for each game’s information handling, or Thread support for shared tracks and ranked-run uploads.
Daily puzzles & past games
Daily challenges change at midnight Pacific time. Use the archive or past-puzzles control within games that offer it to revisit an earlier day. For Lineup Link, choose Past puzzles above the field. Your saved picks belong to the selected date.
If a game won’t load
Allow JavaScript and let the initial artwork finish loading. If the screen stays blank, reload once, check your connection, and try a current browser. Avoid clearing site data as a first troubleshooting step because that can remove your saved progress.
Report a problem
Email info@onethumbarcade.com with the game, your device and browser, the level or puzzle date, and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot or short recording helps. For an online score, include your public player ID; never send a password or private player credential.
